The KAEL AI service includes public websites, account features, digital-asset funding and withdrawal tools, product participation, rewards, invitations and support channels made available from time to time.
The applicable service operator, regional restrictions and any supplemental terms will be identified in the relevant onboarding, product or transaction materials. If supplemental terms conflict with these general terms, the supplemental terms apply to that service.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement, meet any minimum age requirement in your location and use the service only where it is lawful to do so.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep it current and protect your credentials, devices and verification codes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may request identity, source-of-funds or other compliance information before enabling or processing particular features.
3. Service availability and changes
Features may be released gradually, limited by region, network, asset, account status or operational capacity, and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn.
Information shown on the public website may describe planned or developing capabilities. Only the functions, limits and status shown in the application at the time of use form part of the available service.
4. Digital assets, deposits and withdrawals
You must select the correct asset and blockchain network and verify the destination address before transferring digital assets. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and assets sent through an unsupported network or to an incorrect address may be permanently lost.
Deposits are credited only after the required network and provider confirmations. Withdrawals may be subject to limits, fees, risk review, manual approval and third-party processing time.
Balances are accounting records within the service. They are not bank deposits, legal tender or insured funds unless a specific disclosure expressly states otherwise.
5. Products, rewards and platform credits
Product price, duration, eligibility, limits, reward calculation and settlement follow the rules displayed for that product when an order is confirmed.
Stable-fund credits, vouchers, contribution EXP, campaign progress and similar benefits are platform mechanisms. They are not automatically withdrawable, transferable or redeemable for cash unless the applicable rules expressly permit it.
Invite relationships, team contribution and rewards are valid only when generated through genuine eligible activity. Self-invitation, fabricated transactions, multiple-account abuse or manipulation may result in rejection, reversal or account restriction.
6. Fees, taxes and transaction information
Applicable network fees, service fees, minimum amounts and estimated receipt amounts are shown before relevant transactions where supported. Third-party or blockchain costs may change before completion.
You are responsible for determining and meeting tax, reporting and other obligations that apply to your use of the service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, market abuse, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unauthorized access, malicious automation or infringement of another person’s rights.
You may not interfere with service operation, bypass access or risk controls, probe protected systems, scrape private data or misrepresent your identity or authority.
8. Third-party services and content
Blockchain networks, wallet gateways, market-data providers, email services and external links are operated by third parties. Their availability and performance are outside our direct control and may be subject to separate terms.
Reference to a company, network, bank, regulator or technology does not by itself imply endorsement, authorization or a formal partnership.
9. Intellectual property
KAEL AI names, product interfaces, software, text, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where required by law, security, risk controls, suspected abuse, inaccurate information, unpaid obligations or material breach of these terms.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide information about the restriction and any available review process.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an available basis. AI analysis, market information, projections and product illustrations may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect and do not guarantee any outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from market movements, unsupported transfers, user error, third-party failure or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
