1. No guaranteed return or principal protection
No displayed rate, historical result, illustration, projection or strategy description guarantees future performance, fixed income or return of principal.
Only use products and services you understand and can afford to use without relying on an expected reward or withdrawal.
2. Digital-asset market risk
Digital assets may experience rapid price changes, low liquidity, market fragmentation, manipulation, forks or loss of market support. Values can fall substantially or become unavailable.
Stablecoins can lose their reference value and depend on issuer, reserve, redemption, banking and regulatory arrangements outside KAEL AI control.
3. Blockchain and network risk
Congestion, validator behavior, reorganizations, protocol changes, smart-contract defects, attacks or outages may delay, fail or reverse the expected status of a transaction.
Confirmation requirements and fees vary by network. A transaction displayed as pending is not final until the required processing and provider checks complete.
4. Address and transfer risk
Sending an unsupported asset, using the wrong network, entering an incorrect address or omitting a required memo can cause permanent loss. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be cancelled.
Always verify the asset, network, address, amount and fee on the final confirmation screen. Do not rely solely on copied or previously used address information.
5. Third-party and custody risk
Wallet gateways, custodians, market-data sources, cloud providers and other service providers may fail, be compromised, suspend service or change their terms.
A provider incident may delay deposits, withdrawals, pricing, settlement or access even when the KAEL AI application remains available.
6. AI and model risk
AI agents, quantitative models and data analysis can produce incomplete, delayed, biased or incorrect outputs. Models may perform differently when market conditions change.
Automated analysis does not remove the need for authorization, risk controls or human judgment and does not constitute personalized investment advice.
7. Product, yield and settlement risk
Product availability, duration, settlement timing and rewards depend on the applicable rules, system status and eligibility checks. Expected or maximum values may not be achieved.
Operational, liquidity or market events may delay settlement or require a product, strategy or service to be restricted or suspended.
8. Stable-fund, voucher and reward risk
Stable-fund credits, vouchers, EXP, campaign rewards and similar benefits are governed by platform rules and may be non-withdrawable, non-transferable, time-limited or subject to verification.
A stability or reserve mechanism is intended to support operations or risk management. It is not insurance and does not guarantee principal, liquidity or investment return.
9. Liquidity, pricing and execution risk
Displayed prices, balances and estimated receipt amounts may differ from final execution or settlement because of price movement, spread, liquidity, network fees or provider updates.
During exceptional conditions, a requested transaction may be delayed, rejected or completed at a less favorable value than expected.
10. Legal, regulatory and tax risk
Digital-asset laws and regulatory treatment vary and may change quickly. A feature available in one location may be restricted or unavailable elsewhere.
You are responsible for understanding the laws, sanctions, tax and reporting obligations that apply to you. Platform content is not legal or tax advice.
11. Cybersecurity and account risk
Phishing, malware, credential theft, SIM swapping, social engineering and compromised devices can lead to unauthorized access or asset loss.
Official staff will not ask for your password, private key or one-time verification code. Security controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
12. Operational and availability risk
Software defects, maintenance, connectivity failure, human error, disaster or events outside reasonable control may interrupt the service or cause inaccurate or delayed information.
Keep independent records of transactions and contact official support promptly if information appears incorrect. A support request does not guarantee recovery of an irreversible transfer.
13. Your responsibility
Assess your financial circumstances, experience, location and risk tolerance before participating. Diversification and independent professional advice may be appropriate.
By continuing, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and remain responsible for your decisions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
